JTT-3V4R: Injection Arrangements & Process Coordination

For a multi-material product, clarify where each material enters, which part it forms and how the process steps work together.

First Define Each Injection System's Task

The JTT-3V4R series is intended for multi-color, multi-material molding. The brochure mentions combinations of injection units, a multi-station rotary table and injection systems that can operate independently. These features relate to how materials enter the mold and how parts move between process stages.

Independent operation does not mean any material or mold can be switched in directly. The combination, active systems and operating conditions must be confirmed for the specific machine and process.

Three Questions for Configuration Discussions

Turn your material list into clear molding requirements.

What does each material form?
Mark each material's area on the product drawing and describe appearance, structural or contact-surface requirements, rather than providing only the material count.
What does each injection step require?
Describe the intended molding sequence and whether the existing mold was designed for that process. List any unresolved points for assessment.
Which steps need the rotary table?
Distinguish injection, insert-loading and part-removal requirements before discussing station arrangements. Our rotary-table guide explains these steps further.
