JTT-2V3R: Two-Color & Two-Material Molding
When a product needs different colors or combines two materials, first clarify their positions and how they join within the part.

A Vertical Layout: Plan Loading and Unloading Clearance
JTT-2V3R is the two-color, two-material vertical injection molding series in the brochure. It describes vertical clamping and injection and mentions insert loading and finished-part removal. Discuss loading and unloading methods alongside colors, materials and mold design.
The illustration helps explain the vertical machine layout. Refer to the corresponding model documentation for actual appearance, dimensions and configuration.

- Two-Color Appearance
- Mark the area covered by each color and the appearance requirements at the boundary. A product drawing explains the intent more clearly than color names alone.
- Two-Material Combination
- Specify the name, position and purpose of each material. Whether the materials can be combined requires further assessment and cannot be determined from the product name alone.
- Parts with Inserts
- If the product includes preloaded components, mark their shape, placement and the areas that must be retained after molding, to support discussion of positioning, loading and unloading.
If you have a color-zone or insert sketch ready, include this information in your requirements form.
